It's heading for Christmas Thyme and at Thyme After Time Cafe in Stalbridge we have two special Culinary Christmas Feast Evenings to drool over. On Friday 6th and Saturday 7th December we will be hosting our Tinsel Thyme evenings with some super seasonal starters, mains and desserts. We will also be entertained on both nights by the wonderful Stalbridge Singers. These events are already selling out, so if you want to experience the best Christmas Fayre in the lovely atmosphere of our restaurant cafe then you need to get your skates on! Have a look at our menu for these evenings then give us a call to book your places. We are asking everyone to choose their starter, main course and pudding for the night that you book. This will help us to provide the best Christmas Thyme for you and your guests. So call us now to book your places, then get together with your friends to choose your menu and let us know.
The Stalbridge Singers are a fun, friendly community choir of creative spirits – a group of individuals singing in harmony!
Formed in January 2016, the choir has grown to thirty two members who come and go as life allows. We believe the joy of singing should be shared and over the past three years have been involved in a variety of events. From revivals, summer fun days and cheerleading at The North Dorset Village Marathon to harvest festivals, brass bands and the Remembrance Service. Not to mention any opportunity to put on a show and raise money for good causes.
Our concert for 2020 is ‘Stars’ on Sunday 26th April at Stalbridge Primary School at 2pm. We will be raising money for the SEN department at the school.
If you like to sing come along and join us on Thursdays, 7.30pm at The Hub. No auditions, no need to read music - simply the chance to find your voice, and Sing a Song and Smile!
