Margot runs The Thyme after Time Café together with Eve and our brilliant team who help us out.
Born and brought up in Dorset on a local farm Margot is a trained Chef with a huge passion for good, local food, tapping into her wealth of food knowledge to buy local ingredients from local farmers and suppliers.
Margot is classically trained in catering with the following qualifications, City and Guilds 706/1, 706/2 in French classical cookery, 711 in Patisserie, 707/6 in Food and beverage service. A B-Tec diploma in Hotel and Catering and last but not least a basic food hygiene certificate and the all essential First Aid training.
Margot also co-authored Honeybuns Bakery's latest 'All day cook book' adding gluten and dairy free recipe writing to her repertoire.
